Challenge
DeepLoyalty, with its wide presence across partnered retailers, was seeking new ways to expand its service offering. In working closely with retailers, a growing demand became evident: a need for deeper audience understanding, improved customer segmentation, and targeted communication with dormant and disengaged users.
Solution
Through integration with myGaru, DeepLoyalty gained access to telecom-powered, anonymised cohort insights about the customers of its partnered merchants. By offering this as a premium service, DeepLoyalty unlocked a new telecinm analytics-driven revenue stream. Acting as the interface between its merchants and telecom-grade myGaru analytics, DeepLoyalty also enabled sophisticated churn-risk mitigation for its partnered retailers — identifying customer groups engaging with direct competitor websites or offline stores and offering ads or SMS delivery for such customers. Additionally, DeepLoalty enabled telecom-data powered intelligence via geo-traffic heatmaps to guide new store openings for partnered retailers. Critically, this was achieved without direct integrations and contracting between DeepLoyalty and telecoms, or between myGaru and retailers.
