Challenge
Global Digital aimed to unlock telecom audience data from multiple operators for use in programmatic campaigns. The goal was to unify fragmented telco signals into a single, scalable infrastructure while ensuring that all activations remained fully anonymous, compliant and easy to deploy across online and offline channels.
Solution
Through its integration with myGaru, Global Digital gained access to anonymised telecom insights via a single, privacy-preserving platform. The myGaru provided a compliant environment for aggregating and activating telco-based segments without exposing raw data or requiring operator-specific integration. Advertisers could plan and launch campaigns directly from the platform, using deterministic identifiers and telecom-enriched attributes to reach high-intent audiences across display, video and DOOH screens. The platform’s multilayered segment model enabled precise targeting—combining telecom behaviour with retailer signals and agency inputs. As a result, Global Digital delivered cookieless reach, streamlined access to the country’s largest telecom networks, and introduced a universal audience activation flow—driving increased scale and performance for advertisers across sensitive, privacy-first environments.
